Please check your order immediately upon receipt.

• If there is any issue (wrong item, wrong size, or damage), inform the courier right away.

• The courier will return the item to us, and you will not be charged for it.

• Once the courier leaves, no returns or refunds will be accepted for any reason.

Why?
For hygiene and quality control, we cannot take back items once they have been accepted by the customer.
